when ur white bar is full, go for trades like what he does, dash in, deal some dmg, stay a while cuz u have a barrier anyways, and retreat when the barrier is gone, thats in the early game, u trade so u get the enemy to low hp, either they go home and lose gold on minions, or u and/or a teammate will kill them and they lose out on the gold anyways, after they die/base, push ur wave and either push the tower, or just base and buy an item, also, when trading, dont over extend, dont dive just cuz their low, and dont be greedy just to get ganked in the process, just trade and trade, killing them isnt ur priority, snowballing and gaining tempo is, the killing can come later, just farm first, and unload that cancerous dmg when u have enough items
